This is a topic that is very important to me, one that I believe is essential to optimize and maintain a healthy body. What is Detoxification? Detoxification means to remove a harmful substance (poisons, toxins or other impurities) or the effect of such. I have known for sometime how important it is to detoxify your body. I witnessed people incorporating healthy changes into their lifestyle, seeing positive results yet hitting roadblocks. However, I could NOT find a safe, effective, and COMPLETE detoxifier that was easy to incorporate into the average person’s lifestyle. Many have side effects that can do more harm to your body. If it is too complicated, too expensive, too time consuming, most of us will not consistently follow through for any length of time.
